Aubameyang may rejoin former team, according to rumors
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, a striker for Chelsea and a member of Gabon's national team, has been said to be considering an unexpected summer return to Barcelona.
Fabrizio Romano, a well-known football transfer specialist, revealed this most recent development when he stated that Vitor Roque of Athletico Paranaense is the Catalan's top choice to fill in for Robert Lewandowski.
If the La Liga team is unsuccessful in acquiring a deal for Roque, they will attempt to sign Aubameyang.
"Vitor Roque is still Barcelona's first choice for new backup striker, as the Brazilian marvel is seen as a potential future top talent.
If the Roque trade falls through, Pierre Aubameyang, who is valued and on the list since January, might exercise his option. He would adore joining Barça," tweeted Romano.
Meanwhile, Aubameyang, meantime, has lost favor at Chelsea as a result of his celebration with Barcelona players following their victory over Real Madrid.
The Gabonese, a crucial member of the Arsenal team, has struggled to make an impact since joining the Blues from Barca.
